We regulate who can access personal data inside and outside the Data Controller's organization (e.g. when we use data processors for certain reasons). The disclosure of personal data is strictly limited to the extent necessary and reasonable to achieve the goals listed in this Data Management Information.

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes unless you first agree to such sharing (either by opting in or choosing not to opt out at the time we provide the choice). We may share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information or otherwise with your consent (to the extent required by law), and as described below or otherwise in this Privacy Policy.

When You Agree To Receive Information From Third Parties Or Otherwise Request That We Share Your Information. You may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers from one or more third parties. If you agree at that time to have your Personal Information shared, your Personal Information will be disclosed to that third party (or parties) and will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of that third party. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties, and, if you later decide that you no longer want to receive communications from a third party, you will need to contact that third party directly.

You also may request, sometimes through your use of an interactive feature or third party application, that we share information about you with a third party and we will typically do so under those circumstances. For example, if you "like" content on our Sites, information about you may transfer to the third party offering that application on our Sites and to the third party web site to which you are posting.

Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf.

We may use third party service providers to perform certain services on behalf of the Sites, such as hosting the Sites, designing and/or operating the Sites' features, analysing users' interactions with the Sites, sending communications, safeguarding against fraud, or performing other administrative services. We may provide these companies with access to user information, including Personal Information, to carry out the services they are performing for you or for the Sites.

Administrative and Legal Reasons.

We may also transfer and disclose user information, including Personal Information, to third parties: (i) in the event we are required to respond to subpoenas or other legal process or if in our opinion such disclosure is required by law; (ii) at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; or (iii) to protect and/or defend the Sites' Terms of Use or other policies applicable to the Sites or to protect the personal safety, rights, property or security of any individual. To that extent, we may disclose certain Personal Information to an outside company which has been contracted to protect against fraud and the unauthorised use of credit and gift cards. These disclosures may be carried out without notice to you.

Third party analytics providers, ad servers and similar third parties

GAHSP works with network advertisers, ad agencies and other vendors to serve GAHSP related ads on third party web sites and across the Internet and we use analytics providers to provide us with information regarding the use of the Sites and the effectiveness of the advertisements that we place elsewhere on the Internet, in third party applications or elsewhere. You may also see third party ads on the Sites and those ads may be served by a third party.

These service providers may set and access their own tracking technologies on your computer or mobile device (including cookies and web beacons) and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about your visits to and activity on the Sites, as well as other web sites or online services. Some of these third parties may collect personal information from you over time when you visit the Sites or other websites and services. Cookies and web beacons, including those set by third party network advertisers, may be used to, among other things, target advertisements, prevent you from seeing the same advertisements too many times and to conduct research regarding the usefulness of certain advertisements to you. We may share Usage Information about visitors with third party advertising companies, analytics providers and other vendors for the same purposes.

While we may use a variety of service providers to perform advertising and analytics services, some of these companies may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (" NAI") or the Digital Advertising Alliance (" DAA") Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. You may want to visit:

http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp

which provides information regarding targeted advertising and the "opt-out" procedures of NAI members. You may also want to visit:

http://www.aboutads.info/choices/

which provides information regarding targeted advertising and offers an "opt-out" by participating companies in the DAA Self-Regulatory Program. Please note opting out through these mechanisms does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads while online.

Where your personal data is stored

We store your personal data electronically on the www.wix.com ltd servers, within the framework of the wix.com CMS system, and on paper at our headquarters, or possibly at our data processor entrusted with file storage.

How long your personal data is stored

All our data management is governed by the fact that the time of data management and preservation is determined by the purpose of the data management. If several purposes apply to one of the data, the longer retention period applies in all cases.

If the data management is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or if it is necessary to take steps at your request prior to the conclusion of the contract, then the data will be processed during the existence of the customer relationship, and after the termination of the contract or customer relationship for the general limitation period, i.e. We treat it for 5 years.

If the data management is based on your consent, then the data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, or if the purpose of the data management is achieved earlier and there is no further data management purpose, then until the goal is achieved.

However, in any case, if the law makes it mandatory for us to store personal data (including e.g. the preservation of certain documents), then the personal data will be stored during the retention period prescribed by the relevant law.

In other cases, for example, if the legal basis of the data management is some legitimate interest of ours, or if we deviate from the above for another reason, we will inform you separately below about the duration of the given data management.
