Paris-based CGI artist, @adem.elahel wonders what is the pandemic going to bring us in terms of the creative disruption and novel artforms. The Danse Macabre and ‘Ring around the Rosie’ were the immediate results of regular people trying to cope with the repercussions of the Black Plague and, at the same time, document its devastating effects. In the 21 century, however, it's time to take the “documenting” part a notch further and make sure the art is not only used for telling a story, but also for healing, inspiring and distracting.
